Product Details

Overview: High-performance, double-coated tape engineered specifically for medical applications. It is formulated with a biocompatible, M109 non-sensitizing acrylic adhesive on both the air and liner sides, safely interacting with human skin and reducing the risk of dermal irritation. The specialized adhesive system is chemically stable and maintains its structural and adhesive integrity when exposed to rigorous medical-grade sterilization protocols, including Ethylene Oxide (EtO) and gamma radiation.

Physical Characteristics: The tape features a thin polyester (PET) film carrier that provides critical internal strength to prevent stretching or tearing during automated die-cutting, while
remaining flexible enough to conform to irregular surface geometries. It is equipped with a premium, heavy-duty polycoated bleached kraft liner that provides outstanding moisture resistance, strict dimensional stability, and an exceptionally low coefficient of friction (COF) for smooth manual assembly.
