We perform die cutting using cylindrical dies on rotary presses. To begin, workers feed sheets of adhesive into a station on the press. Each station holds a separate rotary tool that performs a specific task before sending it on to the next process. These tasks include cutting out shapes, cutting the sheet into smaller segments, or making perforations and creases. Many die cutting machines incorporate multiple stations into the production process.

The dies used for rotary die cutting include adjustable dies, engraved dies, and magnetic plate tooling. Engraved dies benefit applications that require high tolerances, and adjustable dies help for processes working with removable and replaceable blades.
