Transportation charges are established at the time of online purchase. Freight charges for custom or made-to-order projects may also be calculated and applied at the time of shipment based on final packaging, dimensions, and delivery requirements.

Shipments will be made as close to promise date as indicated at the time of order. Unfortunately, we have no control of certain factors that may occur to change date of shipment.

All merchandise (including tooling and plates) delivered is non-returnable, except as authorized in writing by NADCO®. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Authorized returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

DO NOT SIGN DELIVERY RECEIPT until you count all pieces. Sign only for what you have received. If you signed short, contact NADCO® immediately, and NADCO® will proceed to file a loss claim. If replacement is needed, a new purchase order number will be required.

UPON DELIVERY, inspect all goods CAREFULLY for damage. If goods are damaged, sign delivery receipt for damage and contact NADCO® immediately for further instructions. If replacement is needed, a new purchase order number will be required.
Warrant & Limitation of Liability
NADCO® warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. Should any product fail to conform to this warranty, and upon verification that the product has been properly stored, handled, and applied in accordance with NADCO recommendations, NADCO will, at its discretion, replace the defective product or issue a credit not exceeding the original purchase price.
Product suitability for a specific application is the responsibility of the purchaser. Technical data, specifications, and application recommendations are based on testing believed to be reliable but do not constitute a guarantee of performance in all environments.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall NADCO be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, production downtime, or loss of capital. NADCO’s total liability arising from the sale, delivery, or use of its products shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
All Consumers purchasing from NADCO Tapes And Labels, Inc. online or through our customer service department agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
