Acceptable Software & File Formats
While many software options exist for creating graphics, brochures, and similar materials, we directly support only professional applications capable of producing the high-quality output required for commercial printing.
If your project was created with software not listed below, we may still be able to use it. Most programs can produce PostScript output, which can be distilled into a PDF. Many also allow you to export your work in other usable formats, such as EPS or high-resolution TIFF files.
However, we cannot guarantee the output quality from unsupported programs. You may need to contact the software vendor for help exporting your project in a format suitable for commercial printing. This list is not exhaustive—it simply reflects the formats we work with most often. If you’re unsure whether we can use your files or have any questions, please contact a Customer Service Representative.

Not Recommended
We do not directly support many low-end, shareware, or freeware programs that come pre-installed on personal computers, such as Multi-Ad Creator, Print Shop Deluxe, or Greeting Card Factory Deluxe. We also do not support programs like Microsoft Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Corel, or FreeHand. Because these applications are not designed for commercial printing, we cannot guarantee color accuracy or output quality when they are used.

Acceptable Colors
Acceptable Colors

Keep in mind that digital printing cannot reproduce exact PMS colors. The nearest color values will be substituted. Please request Press Proof for approval if color is crucial on any Digital Output.
